What is integrative therapy and is it for me?
At New Leaf Integrative Wellness Center, we have caring and compassionate staff dedicated to supporting you in your healing journey. We understand no one theory fits all. Our therapists work carefully with clients to develop an individual treatment plan that fits them. Our goal is to provide integrative therapy to incorporate the primary principles of traditional psychotherapy and holistic approaches to encourage healing on all levels: emotional, physical and spiritual. The purpose of Integrative therapy is to form a healthy connection between the mind and body to help patients manage problem areas and create a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Why seek help?
Often times it can be hard to see the factors that may be perpetuating the problem. When this happens we may feel stuck and unable to cope. Therapy helps bring awareness to the subconscious allowing clients to become aware of any fears or hurts that may be limiting psychological freedom. With the help of a therapist, clients can begin to understand what triggers their undesirable behaviors such as depression, moodiness, anxiety emotional pain, etc. Clients will learn how to break away from these unwanted behaviors and develop new and healthier ways of living.
